There were 26 members on the bus at Aberdeen and after a comfort stop at Ballater, we picked up Alasdair at Braemar and dropped off 2 members who walked through Morrone Birkwood past Mar Lodge and onto the Linn o’ Dee. Two members got off at Inverey to do Carn Bhac and walk to the bus at Linn o’ Dee. The three routes were all tackled, route 1,Sgor Mor and Sgor Dubh, with four members; route 2, Derry Cairngorm, and route 3, Creag Bhalg, eight members each, the remaining three all did different walks. The weather was overcast and some experienced light showers. We left on time and enjoyed a pub stop at Ballater and Ian, our driver, has us back in Aberdeen by 9pm.
