There were twenty-two walkers on the bus for the journey to Inverey, with a comfort stop at Ballater on the way. The weather was overcast on the way out, but with the forecast predicting not much rain. Twelve walkers headed for the Munro of Carn Bhac, and the remaining ten were evenly divided between the two other walks suggested, climbing Carn Liath or walking up Glen Ey to Altanour Lodge. The weather turned to light showers on the tops, but cleared up later for a fine afternoon. Everyone was back in good time, so we enjoyed a pub stop in Braemar before the return to Aberdeen, arriving home earlier than scheduled.
