26 walkers left Aberdeen on an overcast morning. We had a comfort stop at Aboyne and George, our driver, had us at the Keiloch car park by 9.45am. Most walkers opted for the longer walk over Culardoch, while 6 members did shorter alternatives. There was a cold wind at the top of Culardoch, so our lunch stop was taken at the foot of the hill in a sheltered spot. The sun came out in the afternoon while walking in Glen Fearder with a coffee break at Auchtaven. Congratulations to Elaine and Steph on completing their first Corbett. Everyone was back to the bus by 5pm, an hour to the good and we enjoyed a pub stop in Ballater on the way back to Aberdeen. Alan
