Walk 1 – West Side: 3 Munros Possible – Carn Aosda; The Cairnwell & Carn a’ Gheoidh
For the west side walk from the ski centre NGR 138781 head for the track which ascends the Corrie to the col between Carn Aosda and The Cairnwell. Anyone wishing to climb both these Munros would have to be very fit walkers to complete the walk in time for the bus departure time. At a ski hut near Loch Vrotachan turn South for 800 metres before turning west skirting round the top of a corrie to reach Carn nan Sac, Continue westward to reach the 3rd Munro – Carn a` Gheoidh (975m). From here turn S`wards to pick up a good track over Carn Mor gradually descending past Creagan Bheithe to reach the A93 and walk 1.5 Km on the verge to reach the side road at the Spittal of Glenshee where the bus will be parked.
Distance approx. 8 miles/12.8km Assent approx.1200ft/366m – if only doing the last Munro. (Note: If climbing all 3 Munros Total ascent is 664 metres, distance is 17.1 Km & time for walk 5.5 hrs, about an extra 1.5 hrs)

Walk 2 – East Side: 2 Munros – Glas Maol & Creag Leacach
For the east side leave the bus at NGR 141775 at the south carpark of the ski centre, from here follow the track uphill to the foot of a ski tow NGR 149775 then continue eastward to Meall Odhar and follow the path s`eastwards to the summit of Glas Maol. Take the path s`westwards picking up a Drystone wall to go over the ridge of Creag Leacach undulating over Carn Ait, Carn aig Mhala and Carn Chomh-Stri where you turn west and start descending, on the way down picking up a stream keeping it to your left to eventually reach a vehicle track. Continue along track till reaching Tomb and turn right for about 1.5 Km to reach the A93 and Spittal of Glenshee.

Walk 3
For those seeking an easier walk stay with the bus till you reach the Spittal of Glenshee. Take the road on the south side of Shee Water n`westward to Dalmunzie House (Hotel) passing this to reach Glenlochsie Farm where you pick up the old bed of a dismantled railway going as far as Glenlochsie lodge (NGR 062727).
