We had 35 walkers on the bus today, more than I can remember for a long time. We stopped at the toilets in Aboyne but found them closed for refurbishment. 3 people got off the bus at Tullich to walk in that area and then we headed for the toilets in Ballater. Because we were early, 9.15 am GMT (clock change from BST to GMT), they were also closed until 10 am GMT. We did not wait, and headed to our start point in the Pass of Ballater. Our walkers disembarked the bus here and headed on the “route sheet” walk. The weather was great for this time of year with warm sunshine and no wind. The views were superb in all directions. Our walk took us below Morven and into Glen Coulsden between Culblean Hill and Crannich Hill to eventually emerge on to the North Deeside Road where our bus was conveniently parked near the old church yard at Milton of Tullich.  All walkers were back before the leaving time and we departed for the Boat Inn 30 minute refreshment stop in Aboyne. We were back in Aberdeen at about 5pm a super day was had by all. Graham
