There were 34 members out for our first walk of the new season. The weather was wet when we left Aberdeen, but improved as we headed out along the North Deeside road for a comfort stop at Aboyne before continuing to the start of the walks at Dinnet. Heather, our bus driver managed to find a suitable parking space. There were two walks on the route sheet and both were tackled, “The Coffee Club” went straight to the hotel for refreshments before their walk. The weather was dry and bright, but after lunch the clouds bubbled up and we got a few showers. We arrived back in plenty of time to enjoy refreshments at the Loch Kinord Hotel. We left on time and we were back in Aberdeen by 5.10pm. Alan
